NRECA Human Capital PlanningAs a Senior Principal Consultant and Director of Human Capital Planning and Compensation with NRECA Delaine oversees the human capital practice area which provides targeted services to electric cooperatives in the areas of strategy execution, organizational effectiveness, culture design and assessment, leadership development and coaching, performance management, workforce development and succession planning, employee engagement and compensation plan design and development.
Prior to her role at NRECA, Delaine worked with a variety of small, mid and large size organizations; including a distribution cooperative and high tech and research and development companies in Human Resources leadership roles. Delaine has partnered with executives to develop leadership programs, create high-performance cultures and align compensation with business strategy.
Delaine earned her MBA in Finance and International Management at Northeastern University and holds a bachelor’s degree from York University. Delaine is Past President Emeritus of the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association and is an instructor for NRECA’s Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program (MIP) in the areas of culture, strategic workforce planning and compensation.
