Bobbi Kilmer joined the NRECA Executive Search team in 2022 following over 20 years in the electric cooperative program. Bobbi served as President & CEO of Claverack Rural Electric Coop-erative in northeastern Pennsylvania from 2006 until her retirement in 2021. During this time, she also served as Co-CEO of C&T Enterprises, Inc., a private, for-profit utility holding company who is the owner of two regulated electric utilities and one regulated natural gas utility. 

During her utility career, Bobbi helped lead several acquisition and corporate reorganization pro-jects. She also spearheaded major facility upgrades and shortly before her retirement, took the ini-tial steps in establishing a broadband subsidiary after securing federal funding during the 2020 RDOF auction. 

Bobbi received a B.S. in Business Administration from Mansfield University and is a graduate of the Robert Kabat Management Internship program. She has also participated in several commit-tees and working groups at NRECA and the Pennsylvania Statewide along with serving on the board of directors of United Utility Supply Cooperative. In addition, she has served as a Mansfield University Trustee, and she currently serves on the board of directors of a regional community bank where she is deeply involved in compensation, governance and risk matters. 

Bobbi and her husband Eric share their time between their homes in Pennsylvania and central Florida. She respects the challenges and responsibilities facing boards of directors. She wel-comes the opportunity to assist cooperative boards with their executive search activities.
