Beth serves as the program manager for revenue-generating, member-facing business products at NRECA, including the National Compensation System (NCS). With practical experience in compensation analysis and data-driven solutions, she plays a strategic role in supporting NRECA’s Human Capital consulting services, with a particular focus on fee-for-service programs.

Since joining NRECA in 2005, Beth has brought her analytical mindset and technical acumen to the forefront of member support. She began contributing to Human Capital initiatives in 2017, combining her skills in data analysis and operational strategy to enhance consulting service delivery and compensation tools.

Beth holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Pepperdine University. Before her time at NRECA, she spent eight years in the aerospace industry, where she developed a strong foundation in systems thinking and database design—skills she now uses to build effective compensation models and tools for the cooperative network.
